Focusing Creativity comes to Belper
The next programme of Focusing Creativity starts with a 2 day course at At the Lion Hotel, Bridge Street, Belper, Derbyshire DE56 1AX, commencing Tuesday 17th June and running through to Tuesday 24th June and is available to creative enterprises across many areas of Derbyshire. From web design to visual art, advertising to music, if you are creative we want to hear from you.
Delivered by industry specialists Focusing Creativity will enable you to balance your creativity with running a business. This allows you to do what you do best – to be creative.
The programme offers three jargon free workshops run over two full days , delivered by arts and creative industry specialists including renowned creative business coach David Parrish – author of the creative business guide T-shirts and Suits: http://www.t-shirtsandsuits.com/
Focusing Creativity. This one day workshop hones down to what drives you as a creative enterprise, your passion and mission; resulting in a realistic development plan and strategy. Date: 17th June 9.00am to 5.00pm
Creative Essentials. You have the strategy – now how do you market your enterprise? This morning session will give you the knowledge and tools to develop a plan to get your message out there. Creative Confidence. Following on from the morning session this workshop builds on your ability to communicate the benefits of your creativity to customers and your audience. Date: 24th June
Mentor Support. We want to make sure you continue to get the support you need to thrive. Therefore following on from the June workshops we offer one to one creative specialist mentoring that will help you further develop your creative business and to link you into other support schemes that operate across the region.
